Once we receive a payment or denial from your insurance company, we will send you a statement telling you the amount you owe. This amount may be the same amount noted on the Explanation of Benefits you received from your insurance company. That total is due upon receipt. If you have questions, call your insurance company or TNMG at 310-652-9162.
If your insurance company fails to make any payment on your account, we may seek full payment from you.6:- Will I get a bill?
You will receive an invoice if your claim is denied by your health insurance plan or if it states that you must pay part of the charge. That bill will list the services provided and what was or was not paid by your insurance plan.
If you do not have insurance, we will work with you to select the best way to pay before the services are rendered.7:- How does billing work after I have received care?
TNMG bills your insurance company for all care provided. Your plans benefits determine the amount the insurance company pays. If your insurance does not pay in a reasonable amount of time (generally 45 days) or does not cover the total cost of your bill, we may call or write your insurance provider again. We may also contact you for help in processing your insurance claim. You will be responsible for any unpaid costs by your insurance plan.8:- Will I know the cost of my care beforehand?
We suggest you talk to your insurance company about what’s covered before you have treatment. When TNMG treats you or your family member, we bill your insurance provider. You will need to pay for any amount not paid by your insurance. If you’re uninsured or underinsured, TNMG offers flat-rate cash packages for specific services and procedures.
TNMG charges all patients an administrative fee of $350 every year for miscellaneous services that are not covered by your health insurance plan. You will be responsible for paying this fee yearly.9:- Whom can I contact for billing questions?
